Meet Elena
Your Risk Management Blind Spot Specialist
Elena founded EMY with the belief that leaders navigating complexity need advisors who understand both the technical demands and the human realities of decision-making. Known for her out-of-the-box thinking, she has spent over 25 years working with mission-driven and growth-oriented organizations across the private and public sectors.
Her background includes Big 4 experience at KPMG, years as a banker and finance executive, and extensive work in audit readiness, internal controls, enterprise risk management, and operational alignment.
A seasoned speaker, facilitator, and trainer, Elena has delivered programs across finance, risk, and compliance disciplines. She holds an MBA in Finance from Colorado State University along with multiple professional certifications.
